What to expect on an Acworth wedding day

- All of them, really. I photograph throughout Acworth and greater Cobb County, whether you're marrying in historic downtown, along the shore of Lake Acworth, or at a private venue or backyard. If I don't already know your spot, I'll walk it beforehand so I know where the light lands. One thing worth knowing about the lakeside spots: they're public city parks, and Acworth has its own rules for ceremonies there — what you reserve, how many chairs, whether amplified music is allowed — so check with the city before you build the day around one, and I'll help you sort the timing either way.
- How far in advance should we book?
- As soon as you have a date, even if the rest of the details aren't settled. Popular Saturdays in fall and late spring tend to go first, so reaching out early gives you the best chance at your day. If your date is close, it's still worth asking, since I occasionally have openings.
